We’re pleased to share that the technical issue impacting the Email Center has now been fully resolved, and emails are once again delivering successfully to recipients.
As a reminder, the issue began Tuesday, 2/24 and caused outgoing emails to fail delivery, even if a completion summary appeared. Because of this, we recommend resending any e‑blasts sent between Tuesday, 2/24 at 3:00 p.m. and this morning at 8:30 a.m., to ensure your recipients receive them.
If you’re unsure whether a message was successfully sent during this timeframe, it may be best to resend it. When doing so, feel free to add a brief note such as:
"Please note this may be a duplicate message. We apologize for any confusion."

Please note: attachments must be 20MB or smaller to send successfully through the Email Center. Larger files will fail.
