New OneTime Email Verification for Ticket Submissions
Zendesk has introduced a onetime email verification step for anyone submitting a ticket. This includes all Help Center tickets (Tech Support, Facilities, Learning & Development) as well as any Service Hub tickets (Webforms).
What this means for employees:
- If you submit a request without logging in, you may be prompted to verify your email before the ticket is created:
- You will only need to verify your email once and when you do, a landing page with a success message will appear:
To skip verification entirely:
Simply sign in to the Help Center before submitting your request. Loggedin users will not be asked to verify their email.
