Resales Reports
A new reporting feature has been added, giving users greater visibility and insights into Resales activity. Also several improvements have been made to the Processing Option Modification process.
Enhancements:
- Order Unblocking after payment or non-payment
- A new Success Screen for better user feedback
- Updated Board Approval and Pending Inspection email notifications
Additionally, when a user modifies the Processing Options for an order, the payment field is now disabled. This ensures the original payment method remains unchanged, maintaining data integrity.
New “Highlights” Section in Release Notes
To help you quickly identify updates relevant to your division, we’ve added a new Highlights section in the Release Notes. Be sure to review this section with each release to stay informed..
Resales- We’re excited to announce new features in Resales, including Resales Reports and updates to Processing Option Modification—like order unblocking, a new success screen, and improved email notifications. Plus, check out the new “Highlights” section in the Release Notes for quick access to division-specific updates.
When a Resales user modifies the Processing Options for an order, the payment field has been disabled and cannot be changed. This allows the original payment method to remain. For more information, please see attached detailed CPE Release notes here.
