Violation Template
Issue Description:
Unable to add new Violation template
Indicators: Developers located an issue where special characters within the title of the Violation template was preventing the information from loading correctly.
Issue: In CommunityPro, users reported that some associations were not able to create new Violation templates. Users were able to enter information and save it, but the newly created template was not appearing under the sub-set dropdown.
Resolution: Special characters have been removed and templates previously created loaded correctly.
Users may notice that they have multiple templates showing up under each Violation level, if they were trying to create a new template during this time.
To remove these duplicates, users will need to delete the template. Here are the steps below:
1. Select Level (For example: Association templates)
2. Select Letter (Ex: 1st Violation Letter)
3. Select Optional Subset
4. Click on template you wish to remove from dropdown
5. Click 'Edit template'
6. Scroll down to bottom of page
7. Select 'Delete template'
8. Page will return to Violation Templates page. Repeat as necessary.
