CommunityPro® Enterprise Release Notes

Bugs
- When a Florida Estoppel with a Sufficient Affidavit is completed, the recipient now receives a zip file containing the finalized documents, including a single signed copy of the Affidavit. Previously, the zip file included both signed and unsigned versions, which caused confusion.
Enhancements
- In the Resales Admin grid view, the Due Date column now highlights in red only when specific conditions are met, allowing users to quickly identify overdue orders. The column appears red when the following criteria are satisfied:
Order status is: New, To Do, Blocked, In Progress and Pending Approval with the due date less than the current date.
Today’s Date: 11/11/2025
- In Content Management, a new Completed Orders Report is now available for download. The report includes specific columns, totals, averages, and tab-splitting options, enabling detailed analysis of on-time delivery metrics within a selected date range. It can be filtered using the following options:
- Range Date – include From and To date range w/calendar display.
- Division – can leave blank to choose all divisions or choose a specific division from dropdown list.
- Split by Division – toggle to turn on/off to split by division or leave in summary form.

- For Virginia orders in the Resales Storefront, a new informational tooltip appears above the Buyer Information section on the Transaction Details page. In accordance with state requirements, completion of this section is now optional.
- The tooltip states the following: "The buyer's information section is optional. Any information provided will only be used exclusively for customer service purposes and will not appear on any resale certificates or other documents.”
- For the state of Virginia, the following PDFs have been updated to include Insurance Deductible Disclosure language in the Insurance Information section. This information will appear regardless of how the user responds to the question.
- The language states: "Please note that the governing documents may require owners to be responsible for paying all or a portion of the insurance deductible."
- This appears on the following PDFs:
- Financial Update
- Lender Statement for Refinance
