Enhancements
- We have updated the Homeowner’s Profile: the former Delinquency Services tab is now Sentry Internal Notebook. This change improves transparency and supports adding any kind of note related to the homeowner.
- As part of ongoing interface improvements to streamline navigation and enhance usability, the View Portal and Search tabs have been removed from the Property Profile page. These functions are now conveniently accessible through links located in the upper right-hand corner of the page. The Search link can also be found in the same location on the Homeowner’s Profile page.
