How to Report Spam Emails
Step 1: Save the Email

- Open the spam email in your inbox. This can also be done with the email open in "Preview Mode" where you can still see your inbox.
- Click on the 'File' option in the menu bar and select 'Save As.'
- Choose your preferred location to save the email, and click 'Save.' Ensure to keep the email in its original format (e.g., .eml or .msg).
Please remember not to click on any links or download any attachments from suspicious emails.

After saving the spam email, you'll need to visit our help center to report it:

- Hit enter to navigate to our help center's homepage.
Step 3: Submit a Ticket
Once you're on our help center's homepage, you'll need to submit a ticket:
- Click on the 'Submit a Request' button on the homepage.
- In the form that appears, fill in all the required information such as your name, email address, subject of the ticket (for example, "Spam Email Report"), and description of the issue.
- Attach the saved spam email by clicking on 'Add file'
- After you've filled in all the information and attached the file, click on 'Submit.'
