📢 Announcement
As part of an upcoming rebrand, NEC Univerge Blue Connect/Engage will update its computer and mobile applications. This change includes the introduction of a newly branded application, Elevate.
The only noticeable change for users will be visual. The Elevate application will function the same as the current version, with no changes to features, navigation, or overall usage. Existing login credentials will remain valid. All settings, including voicemail set-up, will carry over to the new application.
The deadline for this transition is June 1.
Employee Computers
Following this notification, Technology Services will begin to deploy Elevate to all computers via Microsoft Intune (no user action required to install).
After June 1st, Technology Services will uninstall Connect (Univerge Blue Connect desktop client). Following this date, the application will no longer be available for use.
Employee Mobile Devices
The existing version will need to be removed, and the new Elevate application will need to be downloaded and installed.

Install:
- From the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Open Elevate UC and complete the initial sign-in (verify you can reach the main app screen after authentication).

Uninstall:
- iOS Users: Press and hold the Univerge Blue Connect icon > Remove App > Delete App.
- Android Users: Press and hold the Univerge Blue Connect icon > Uninstall. Verify the App no longer appears on the device.
