📢 Announcement
The Email Center is experiencing a temporary issue where the system is not recognizing dashes correctly (e.g., “-” or “—”). When a message contains dashes, the Preview function may fail—clicking Preview displays a “script call” error message. If the email is sent, the delivered message is blank and does not contain any content.
Resolution: Workaround (until resolved)
- Remove all dashes from the email content and the subject line (including “-” and “—”).
- When adding text into the Email Center, paste plain text using Ctrl + Shift + V to avoid bringing in hidden formatting/characters.
- If a dash is required in the message, paste without dashes, then manually type the dash directly in the Email Center message field (do not paste it).
- If you notice similar behavior to other punctuation, remove the punctuation and retype it manually in the Email Center as well.
- After updating the subject/body, click Preview and confirm the preview renders correctly, and the test email contains content. Once confirmed, proceed with sending to associations.
Current Status
This is a known issue, and we are working to resolve it. Please follow the workaround below to successfully preview and send emails.
