Impacted Systems: CommunityPro Email Center
We are currently investigating an issue within CommunityPro’s Email Center that is affecting communication previews and confirmation messages.
At this time, users may notice that they are not receiving email previews prior to sending eBlasts, nor are they receiving confirmation messages after communications have been sent. Despite this disruption, please note that emails are still being successfully delivered to homeowners.
Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In some cases, system‑generated email notifications related to communications may be delayed beyond normal delivery timeframes.
We understand the importance of these notifications to your workflow and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

- Workaround (if any): You can still use the Email Center but just know you may not be able to preview your email communication before it's sent out. You can proofread / spell check in other programs beforehand.
