🔍 Summary

We are currently experiencing an issue in CommunityPro®  where reports are unable to be generated or exported in Excel format. Attempts to run reports in Excel may fail or produce no output. Our technical team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🧭 Impact

Who is affected: All CommunityPro® users who rely on Excel report exports.

What is affected: Users may be unable to run or download reports in Excel (.xlsx) format. Other export formats (PDF, CSV) may still function depending on the report type.

Workaround: All other export formats continue to work as expected. Users may utilize these formats until the Excel export issue is resolved.
