📢 Announcement
A verification is now required for all employees when submitting webforms, unless you are signed in. This includes all Help Center tickets (Tech Support, Facilities, Learning & Development) as well as any Service Hub tickets (Webforms).
What this means for employees:
- If you submit a request without logging in, you may be prompted to verify your email before the ticket is created
- You will only need to verify your email once and when you do, a landing page with a success message will appear:
Please note: You do not need to resubmit your request after verifying your email. Completing the email verification step automatically sends your request through for processing.
To skip verification entirely:
Simply sign in to the Help Center before submitting your request. Logged‑in users will not be asked to verify their email. Staying logged in is the best practice, as it gives you full visibility into your open and past tickets, real‑time status updates, and faster communication with support teams.
